If something should go wrong during booking or travel period, Waziha cannot be held accountable, and you must resolve your dispute directly with the travel provider in question.

If you make a booking through Our Website for Travel Products, that booking is made with the Travel Provider named on the booking page and Our Website only acts as a user interface. Accordingly, Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. has no responsibility for the booking or the Travel Product because Waziha has no involvement in creating the description of the Travel Product, in defining the price and any fees, or in providing the Travel Products that you book. If you have any issues or disputes with your booking and/or the Travel Product, you agree to address and resolve these with the Travel Provider and not with us.

Payment Terms

Cancellation & Refund

• Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. will follow supplier’s (Airlines/ Properties/ Bus/ Tour operator etc.) policy for cancellation/ re-issue.
• For Domestic flight/ hotel/ bus/ tour, Waziha will not charge any additional service fee.
• For International flights, Waziha will charge BDT 300 as a standard service fee.
• In case of refund/ re-issue, customer must confirm Waziha 48 hours prior to travel date.
• For Hotel, Domestic flight, Bus & Tour, refunded amount may reflect in your account within 4 to 6 working days depending on your bank.
• For International Flight, refund process (If applicable) may take up to 3 weeks depending on the airline and your bank.
• For any kind of refund, service charge and convenience fee are non-refundable.

* In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.
