Refund, Reissue & Cancellation Policy

Flight Bookings

Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. follows the refund, cancellation, reissue, and schedule change policies of the respective airlines in accordance with applicable airline fare rules and International Air Transport Association regulations where applicable. All flight tickets are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the operating airline.

  • Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the applicable fare rules, baggage policy, cancellation conditions, and reissue restrictions before confirming any booking.
  • Cancellation, refund, date change, reissue, routing change, name correction, or any amendment request must be submitted to Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to avoid applicable no-show charges or ticket restrictions imposed by the airline.
  • Any request received after the airline's permitted time limit may be treated as a "No-Show" by the airline, and in such cases the ticket may become fully or partially non-refundable according to the airline's policy.
  • Refund eligibility, refundable amount, cancellation charges, no-show penalties, reissue fees, fare differences, tax refunds, and amendment conditions are determined solely by the respective airline based on the purchased fare class, route, travel period, and ticket conditions.
  • Certain promotional, discounted, group, charter, or special fare tickets may be completely non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to strict penalties.
  • Customers must send cancellation or reissue requests by email to reservation@wazihatravels.com with the e-ticket copy, booking reference, passport copy (if required), and a brief description of the requested changes.
  • Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. may also require written confirmation from the traveler or payment card holder before processing any refund or amendment request.
  • Airlines reserve the right to revise cancellation charges, refund policies, tax components, and fare rules at any time without prior notice. Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. shall not be responsible for any such changes imposed directly by the airline.
Service Charges: In addition to airline-imposed charges, Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. may apply a non-refundable service charge for processing cancellation, refund, reissue, or amendment requests.
  • Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, and third-party processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • EMI or installment-related charges, interest, processing fees, or bank charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
  • Refund requests will only be initiated after successful cancellation approval from the airline and confirmation from the relevant airline reservation system or BSP processing channel.
  • For domestic flight tickets, approved refunds may take approximately 3 to 7 working days to reflect in the customer's account depending on the airline, bank, mobile financial service provider, or payment gateway.
  • For international flight tickets, refund processing may require approximately 3 to 4 weeks or longer depending on airline authorization, BSP settlement procedures, interline agreements, bank processing timelines, and payment channel policies.
  • Refunds will always be processed through the same payment method or account originally used for the booking, subject to applicable financial regulations and banking procedures.
  • In cases where a ticket includes multiple airlines, interline agreements, or separate sectors, refund and reissue conditions may differ for each segment according to the applicable airline fare rules.
  • If a partially used ticket is submitted for refund, the refundable amount will be recalculated by the airline based on the sectors already traveled and applicable fare recalculation policies.
  • Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between customers and airlines and shall not be held responsible for airline schedule changes, flight delays, flight cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, operational disruptions, baggage issues, strikes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any airline operational decisions.
  • In the event of a flight cancellation or schedule change initiated by the airline, refunds, travel credits, rerouting, or rebooking options will be subject entirely to the airline's policy and approval.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, passports, transit permissions, health requirements, and compliance with immigration regulations before travel. Refunds will not be applicable for denied boarding or travel restrictions resulting from incomplete documentation or passenger-related issues.
  • Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. reserves the right to refuse processing of any refund or amendment request where suspicious activity, misuse, fraudulent transactions, or violations of airline policies are identified.

Hotel Bookings

Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. follows the cancellation, amendment, and refund policies of the respective hotel, resort, apartment, or accommodation provider.

  • Customers are advised to review the property's cancellation rules, payment conditions, check-in requirements, and amendment restrictions before confirming the reservation.
  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel policy, room type, seasonality, promotional offer, and timing of the cancellation request.
  • Certain bookings including promotional offers, peak season reservations, black-out dates, event bookings, and non-refundable room categories may not be eligible for cancellation, amendment, or refund.
  • Date changes, room modifications, occupancy changes, or shortening of stay are subject entirely to hotel approval and availability.
  • In cases where modification is not permitted, customers may need to cancel the existing booking and create a new reservation at the prevailing rate.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be initiated after confirmation and approval from the hotel or accommodation provider.
  • Refund processing may require approximately 3 to 7 working days or longer depending on the payment channel, banking partner, and supplier processing time.
  • Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and EMI-related fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. shall not be liable for hotel overbooking, service quality issues, maintenance problems, force majeure events, or operational decisions made directly by the property management.

Bus Ticket Bookings

Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. follows the cancellation and refund policies of the respective bus operators and transport authorities.

  • Customers must contact our support team to request cancellation or schedule changes for bus tickets.
  • Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and the bus operator's policy.
  • Tickets issued during Eid, public holidays, festivals, or special travel periods may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Bus operators reserve the right to reschedule, delay, replace, or cancel any trip due to operational, technical, weather-related, or unavoidable circumstances without prior notice.
  • If a bus trip is cancelled by the operator, customers must immediately notify Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. through our hotline +8802226663405 (10AM - 6PM) or Facebook messenger, www.facebook.com/wazihatravels for refund assistance.
  • Approved refunds may take approximately 4 to 6 working days or longer depending on the payment provider and operator processing time.
  • Convenience fees and third-party processing charges are non-refundable.

Tour Packages

Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. follows the cancellation and refund policies imposed by the respective tour operators, hotels, transport providers, cruise companies, and local suppliers involved in the package.

  • Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the cancellation and amendment policies mentioned under each tour package before confirming the booking.
  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on the destination, travel season, visa status, supplier conditions, hotel policy, airline rules, and timing of cancellation.
  • Certain tour packages, promotional offers, group departures, holiday packages, and black-out period bookings may be fully non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Refund processing will commence only after receiving approval from all relevant suppliers and service providers associated with the booking.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, supplier processing time, and banking procedures.
  • Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. shall not be responsible for losses arising from weather disruptions, political unrest, visa refusals, transport delays, natural disasters, supplier insolvency, or any events beyond reasonable control.

Visa Services

Visa processing fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, courier charges, consultation fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective embassy, consulate, or visa processing authority, regardless of the outcome of the application.

  • Visa applications cannot be cancelled, modified, or transferred after submission.
  • Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or immigration authority.
  • Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be responsible for delays, refusals, additional document requests, administrative processing, or immigration decisions made by any authority.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Waziha Aviation & Tourism Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, losses, service interruptions, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, labor disputes, political unrest, war, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, airport closures, technical failures, transport disruptions, or operational decisions made by airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies, or third-party suppliers.
